the artist reserves the right to reject any commission request without being required to state the reason.

the artist reserves the right to terminate or cancel any commission project due to ineffective communication, rude behavior, or a breach of these terms of service.

the artist or the client may request a cancellation upon a commission project under the provisions: a) the cancellation must be mutually agreed upon by parties involved; b) the cancellation must be executed before the progress of the commission project exceed 75%; c) the partially completed work of the commission project is not to be used for distribution, reproduction, any form of theft, nor profit by parties involved; d) the progress of the commission project may influence the amount of the refund fee issued.

the client must specify the content of their commission to their best ability prior to the agreement of a commission. any complex details may incur additional fees, to be defined and agreed upon in the commission agreement prior to start of work.

any substantial or major changes to the content of the commission after the sketch has been approved by the client may charge additional fee.

the client may request a preview of the commission project at any time during the creation process.

a rush fee may apply should the commission project is time sensitive, to be defined and agreed upon in the commission agreement prior to start of work.

the artist retains all the rights to the commission which includes but not limited to distribution, reproduction, use of the commission for artist promotion.

in correspondence to the prior term, the client may not copy, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works, profit, or in any way exploit the commission work.
